One Acre Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the One Acre Affiliate Program! Please review these terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your participation in the program. By registering and using your affiliate link, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

• To join the One Acre Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our affiliate platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and comply with local regulations governing affiliate marketing.

• Affiliates should maintain ethical promotional practices. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates our terms, promotes One Acre in a misleading or fraudulent manner, or engages in prohibited practices like spamming.

2. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on eligible purchases made through their unique affiliate links. Special rates may apply for specific campaigns or high-volume affiliates, as specified by One Acre.

• Cookies: Our system uses a 30-day cookie window, meaning if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, you’ll earn a commission on that purchase.

3. Payout Terms

• Minimum Payout Threshold: Commissions will be paid once your account reaches a minimum balance of $50. If the balance is below this threshold, it will roll over to the next month.

• Payment Schedule: Payments are issued monthly on or around the 15th of each month, for the previous month’s commissions.

• Payment Method: We use Paypal for payouts. Please ensure your payment details are current in your dashboard to prevent delays.

• Refunds and Returns: Commissions are calculated on net sales. If a customer returns a product or receives a refund, the commission associated with that sale will be deducted from your balance.

4. Promotional Guidelines

• Approved Promotional Methods: Affiliates are encouraged to share One Acre links on personal websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other approved platforms. Affiliates are responsible for disclosing affiliate relationships in compliance with local advertising laws.

• Prohibited Practices: The following activities are not permitted and may result in termination of your affiliate account:

  • Spamming (unsolicited messages)

  • Misleading or deceptive claims about One Acre’s products

  • Use of unauthorized advertising on third-party sites, including paid ads bidding on One Acre’s brand terms

  • Placing affiliate links in coupon websites without permission

5. Intellectual Property

• As an affiliate, you may use One Acre’s logos, banners, and other approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting One Acre products. Any misuse of One Acre’s intellectual property, including unauthorized alterations or misrepresentations, may result in termination of your affiliate status.

• Affiliates agree not to use One Acre’s trademarks or brand terms in domain names, social media handles, or paid search advertising without prior written approval.

6. Relationship of Parties

• Participation in the One Acre Affiliate Program does not establish an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and One Acre. You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation in the One Acre Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of all One Acre links, logos, and other promotional materials.

• Termination does not affect any commissions earned on eligible purchases prior to the date of termination, subject to the final reconciliation of any returned or refunded sales.

8. Limitation of Liability

• One Acre shall not be liable for any damages, loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from your participation in the affiliate program, even if One Acre has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• We do not guarantee the success of any affiliate marketing efforts and are not responsible for tracking or reporting errors beyond our control.

9. Modification of Terms

• One Acre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes effective upon posting in the affiliate dashboard. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10. Acceptance

• By joining the One Acre Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using your affiliate link or promoting One Acre.
